I have spent years learning to do this work well, and the part I still enjoy most is the people.
Whatever you have come here for, my approach is the same: listen properly first, be straight with you about what is involved and what it will cost, and then do the job carefully and on time.

How do I book?
Send a message through the form on this page, or call me. I will confirm availability, agree the details with you, and put the appointment in the diary.
What does it cost?
The prices listed are starting points, because the honest answer depends on what is involved. Tell me what you have in mind and I will give you a firm quote in writing before anything begins.
How far in advance should I book?
A week or two is usually plenty for smaller jobs, but weekends and anything tied to a specific date go further ahead. It never hurts to ask about short notice — I often have something.
Do you travel to me?
Yes, within the local area at no extra charge, and further afield for a small travel fee that I will always quote up front.
What payment methods do you take?
Cash, card and bank transfer. For larger bookings a small deposit secures the date, with the balance due on completion.
What if I need to change or cancel?
Life happens. Just give me as much notice as you can and we will find another slot — I will always try to be reasonable about it.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. I hold the qualifications required for the work I do and carry insurance. I am happy to show you the paperwork if you would like.
Can I talk to you before I commit to anything?
